Episode Brain Dumps

These are pretty much what the name implies. More or less stream-of-consciousness thoughts about each episode, jotted down after a couple of viewings. Some are pretty short, some are very long. Right now there's a pretty limited selection, since I didn't start doing this until very late in the game. So you'll find the last few episodes (ever! sob...) of Buffy, and a random selection of Angel episodes. I'm gradually making my way through the latter, since I didn't start watching until Season 4, so I'm basically starting over from the beginning of the series. Once I feel ready to truly accept the ending of Buffy, I plan to start over from the beginning there as well.

Not-an-Essays

Sometimes I feel inspired to explore a specific topic or theme, or try to place a given episode in a broader context and play with it a bit. I'm no essayist, so these aren't really essays. Hence the name, you see.
